We invite You to a gastronomic tour, where you can collect hedgehogs with your own hands at low tide (in April-may they spawn, full of sweet, juicy caviar). There will be a master class on opening a hedgehog, and we will eat caviar with wasabi, soy sauce in raw form.
In addition to the hedgehog, we pick up RAPAN (a kind of trumpeter), and cook It in a creamy garlic sauce.
The tour is held in the Korsakov district, you should have a snack, rubber boots, a large or medium-sized knife. There will be a tent on the sea, tables and chairs for relaxing and eating delicacies.
The tour lasts all day (from morning to evening).
